Cancellations
If you're not happy with your product or simply change your mind you must provide us with notice of cancellation within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund.
We’re happy for you to unpack the appliance and inspect it properly as you would have you bought the item from a shop. However, if you have used it beyond this, this may have a knock-on effect on our ability to sell it to someone else and so where the value of the product is reduced by your use, we may only make a partial refund (equal such reduced value) or subsequently charge you for the reduction in value. Where you have not used the product and it is returned in the original packaging you will receive a full refund minus the original delivery cost that was built into the price. Your refund will be made within 14 days of collection of the appliance.
To cancel a product and request collection please call 01709 371144 or message orders@eawuk.com. We'll collect your product within a reasonable time from when you cancel and on a day that suits you, but the customer is responsible for the return carriage charges as well as the original delivery charges which were built into the price (please see the price chart below for original delivery pricing:
Item weighing 1-10kg = £10.00
Item weighing 11-30kg = £15.00
Item weighing 31-35kg = £35.00
Item weighing 36-85kg = £45.00
Item weighing 86-120kg = £70.00
Item weighing 121-160kg = £90.00
*These prices are subject to change at any time but the customer will only be charged the correct amount for the date their delivery was made.
Faulty Products
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products which are faulty or not as expected. We're under a legal duty to supply products that meet the requirements to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as expected. We'll offer resolutions according to the timelines outlined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights. The manufacturers will supply a warranty in addition to your rights under the Sales of Goods Act. In most cases you'll receive a 1 year warranty covering all parts and labour, or in some instances, it may be extended to 2, 5 or even 10 years by the manufacturer. You may need to register to qualify for these promotions – please check your warranty card.
