If your delivery is to take place in an area that we cover with our own transport, we will contact the customer to ensure successful delivery. Standard Delivery

We will contact our customers direct regarding delivery to ensure that we can work together to book for a relevant date as we try our best to avoid any failed deliveries.

EAW UK are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We aim to ship and deliver all our orders as quickly as possible and will always contact the customer to arrange the specific delivery date. It usually takes 3-5 working days for your item to get to you.

We do not ship Bank Holidays or Saturday's and Sunday's - please contact for more information. Our main carrier company for larger appliances is a specialist company called Panther Logistics and they are helpful and efficient. They advise the customer of a 2-hour delivery window and additional delivery notes from the customer are welcomed and encouraged to help aid a swift, hassle free delivery.

For our smaller appliances, we will often use DPD to deliver for us who likewise have a great reputation. DPD will contact our customer with a 1-hour delivery window; a mobile number and an email address are highly encouraged to be added to the consignment so that the customer can be kept updated.

You can re arrange a delivery or change the delivery address by contacting us on 01709 371144 or email us at orders@eawuk.com

Unfortunately, we do not offer a removal or installation service currently with delivery.

Delivery charges

Deliveries within England and Wales are FREE of charge although cancellations made will incur a charge – please see cancellations in our terms and conditions.

Deliveries outside of England and Wales (including Scotland, Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands) will need an additional delivery quotation from EAW UK. Please do not hesitate to contact us today regarding this information on 01709 371144 or email us at orders@eawuk.com. Unfortunately, in some cases due to courier restrictions we may not be able to deliver your items and therefore will need to cancel your order.

Delivering your item

The products we deliver are often big and heavy items to lift, so there will be certain occasions when they may be unable to get it into your property. Lots of steps, narrow corridors, radiators and restricted parking are all things that may hinder our ability to deliver; it is your responsibility to ensure access to your property. In situations where we cannot gain access, we may be able to offer delivery to the nearest point possible i.e. your garage, so you can make arrangements to get the product in.

Please contact our sales team if there are any restrictions to your property.

Failed Deliveries

In the unlikely event that we can’t deliver your item next day due to bad weather, driving restrictions or missed delivery, you will be contacted by either EAW UK or by the carrier company. Alternatively, if your item is misrouted, we will try our best to re arrange as soon as possible and will be in contact with you.

If a delivery is failed, for some reason, please contact either our sales team on 01709 371144 or the correct delivery company as soon as possible to re arrange. We do get charged for failed deliveries so try our best to avoid this happening but understand these things can happen.

Damages

All of our items are brand new and leave the warehouse in the original packaging. However, some items may occasionally get damaged during transit. Please report all damages as soon as possible. If you could take a photo of the damaged goods and packaging and send to orders@eawuk.com. We take all damages seriously and will take the correct course of action.
