Next Day Delivery

We are now offering next working day delivery at EAW UK on selected in items,

Next day delivery cut off times: Monday-Thursday 1pm. For orders placed on Friday before 1pm the next delivery day is Monday.

We aim to ship and deliver all our orders as quickly as possible but will always contact the customer to arrange the specific delivery date. It usually takes 3-5 working days for in stock items to get to you. For items with no lead time stated please contact us: orders@eawuk.com 

Smaller appliances, we will often use DPD to deliver for us, who likewise have a great reputation. DPD will contact our customer with a 1-hour delivery window; a mobile number or email address are highly encouraged to be added to the consignment so that the customer can be kept updated.

For solo deliveries we use Fedex. FedEx express that their delivery window runs from 8am – 6pm as the drivers do not carry mobile phones to give pre call’s. However, customers can receive a pre alert text but this will only advise them of the expected day of delivery and gives them an option to amend the delivery day or to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place. On the day of the delivery, a text will be sent with tracking information. If you click into the tracking ID, there is an option which reads "Get Status Updates".

For larger appliances we use DX Logistics who will provide you with a delivery windwow. 

Delivery charges

Deliveries within selected postcodes are FREE of charge, although cancellations made may incur a charge – please see cancellations in our terms and conditions.

Deliveries made outside of these areas, within England, Wales and Lower Scotland a fee will occur.

For Higher Scotland, Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands will may ask for an additional delivery quotation. Please do not hesitate to contact us today regarding this information on 01709 371144 or email us at orders@eawuk.com. Unfortunately, in some cases due to courier restrictions we may not be able to deliver your items and therefore will need to cancel your order.

Delivering your item

The products we deliver are often big and heavy items to lift, so there will be certain occasions when they may be unable to get it into your property. Lots of steps, narrow corridors, radiators and restricted parking are all things that may hinder our ability to deliver; it is your responsibility to ensure access to your property. In situations where we cannot gain access, we may be able to offer delivery to the nearest point possible i.e. your garage, so you can make arrangements to get the product in.

In the unlikely event that we can’t deliver your item on the specific day due to bad weather, driving restrictions or missed delivery, you will be contacted by either EAW UK or by the carrier company.

It would be beneficial to EAW UK and to you as a customer to leave any additional comments when placing your order about any aspects of the delivery that may hinder or help its success.
