From the moment an order is placed with EAW UK, you will be impressed with our customer care. Our sales team will contact you to arrange an appropriate delivery date so that we can hopefully try to avoid any failed attempts at delivery. The estimated arrival time on your item is between 3-5 working days.


On the day of your delivery, you will have been advised via the carrier company what your delivery window is for your order. Where possible you will also be supplied with a tracking reference to make it easier for you to track your item.


All orders from EAW UK are confidential, and we keep your data secure, therefore you will not be contacted by any third parties when you have submitted your personal details to us (please see our Privacy Policy for more information).


We aim to supply customers with high quality appliances at low prices, so we are regularly checking and amending our prices so that we can be the best competitor on the market. Our electrical appliance goods are all manufactured by well established brands, such as Hotpoint, Bosch, and Whirlpool, and they all come with manufacturer’s warranty (this can vary between 1-10years depending on the manufacturer.)


Here at EAW UK, we strive to deliver a fantastic service to every customer. We also like to be honest and fair in all we do, so we acknowledge that sometimes mistakes happen. If a circumstance arises where we are accountable for a mistake, we want to ensure that we take full responsibility. As we only supply products for domestic and private use, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or business opportunity.
