How do place an order?

You can either place an order from Electrical Appliance Warehouse Rotherham through the website paying by paypal or card any time of the week, or contact our sales team on 01709 371144 between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday

Can I pay by finance?

We do not offer finance options currently.

What are my delivery options?

In stock items are usually delivery between 3-5 working days, or you have the option of next day delivery on some products before 2pm.

Delivery is either made on our own van, by DPD, Fedex or DX. We will keep you updated as best as we can.

Can you confirm my item is in stock?

Item availability is shown on each product. We will contact each customer regarding delivery to arrange a date that best suits.

Will I receive the exact item shown?

The item ordered will be the item delivered to you. Please be aware that colour may differ between manufacturer. Images are shown for illustration purpose and we aim to have each specification as accurate as possible, however due to continual development this can be updated without notice.

Where can Electrical Appliance Warehouse Rotherham deliver to?

We deliver to England, Wales and Scotland. (please see delivery page).

When will I receive delivery?

We will contact you to arrange delivery. On the day of delivery or the day before our courier will provide you with a 1 or 2 hour delivery window. Please be aware due to the unfortunate event of traffic incidents this window may change.

My item hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

If your item is out for delivery you can contact us, the courier or track your item as we provide a tracking code for each delivery.

What if I miss a delivery?

We try our best to avoid failed deliveries, however if a delivery is failed either the courier or ourselves will be in contact with the you to re arrange. If you need to change a delivery date you can contact our sales team or the delivery company.

I have ordered more than one item will they be delivered at the same time?

We try our best to delivery all your items together. However, on some occasions this may not be possible.

Can I return my item?

You have 14 days to return an item. We'll collect your product within a reasonable time from when you cancel and on a day that suits you, but the customer is responsible for the return carriage charges (please see terms and conditions).

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please report this to us as soon as possible, we will ask to provide information and provide a photo. We will then contact you to discuss the best course of action.

What is my item is faulty?

If you item is faulty, we will ask for information on the fault and may suggest an engineer visit. This is something we can arrange, or you can arrange yourself. We will help resolve the issue in accordance to your legal rights (please see terms and conditions).

Will my old appliance be removed?

Unfortunately, we do not offer removal or installation of appliances currently.
